Just wonderin wot exactly is this set up all about?? I no its basically a zetec bottom end and a CVH head but wot kinda power gains does this bring?? Wot zetec bottom end shud it be?? Duz it hav 2 be the same litre as the head??

Also is this type of set up limited to rs turbos?? I was hopin 2do a naturally aspirated version but am unaware if it is even possible??

Can NE1 can shed NE light on this??
