A NMS or GRS intercooler, -31 Actautor, chip and setup should see 185bhp with out any engine mods. Allow around 600 quid i think.

I have just short of 200 at the mo, but I binned the ford engine a long time ago tho. Again cost was around 3.5 - 4k
