Nope the rolling radius is different.
Escort 15" rim you should be using a 195/50/15
Fiesta 15" rim you should be using a 195/45/15
Have seen Fiesta's with 195/50/15's but at best the speedo will be out and at worst it will rub like a bitch with a yeast infection

What wheels exactly as the Escort ranges from 13" to 15" as standard on the Mk4 Escort and if they are aftermarket can be anything up to 18".
Really need to know exactly what size wheel and tyre you are wanting to try and fit

The FRST uses a 185/55/14 iirc so the rolling radius will be outwith your 185/65/14. You can't swap the tyres as the original ones are an inch too small. You may get away with bolting them straight on but it'll at best look very odd. I can see it scrubbing and catching like mad though.
Sorry chap, probably not what you wanted to hear

Your tyres will not transfer across to the new rims as they are an inch smaller. The Escort rims are 14" and the Fiesta's are 13"
You may just be better off going through the adverts and E-bay and look for a set of FRST or 16v XR2i rims
