What's this all about ? And is the higher the number better ? I.E. a response time of 12 ms is much better then a response time of 12 ms ?

the lower the better i think its about the time the pixels need to change colour ..ie causes streaking across the screen playing intensive games

I thought I'd ordered a Inno3d 256MB Nvidia GeForce 6800GT but it would appear that EPC buyer declined the payment
So,
I either sell Battlefield 2 and the expansion pack, or buy, new motherboard, cpu, and pci-express card, or, wait until someone stock's a 6800 GT.
All this for a poxy fucking game
