Right i've nearly finished my Nos install but am not too keen on the micro switch thing that activates it on the throttle body! Is there a better way ie via the tps or something? If not where exactly do you fit the micro switch on the throttle body as i can't suss it out??? A pic of one installed in as much detail as poss would be cool

its a black box that triggers from tps input i have 1 but its not for a cossie m8

micro switch and a bodgy bracket but didnt like that idea much and then i sold it before i bought 1

 

Can you not use the Water Injection output on your SECS monitor to trigger it at whatever throttle you like?

My micro switch was fitted to the pedal box & gave trouble free use. Mine is now triggered by the ECU so that % throttle can be accurately set.

Get a TPS switch from Trev @ Wizards..... you can even "dial" in when you want the gas to come in so it doesn't have to be on full throttle

 

The water injection output is not triggered by throttle % Phil but by boost level and act level so it wouldn't be of much use fro nos
