Yeah thats a truly quality scene - I'm not sure the PSP can do it justice tho - you need it on a big screen with an awesome sound system on the go.
I hear there's a cool scene at the end of 'Proof of Life' but havent seen it myself to comment

Black Hawk down had some good scenes as said ^^^^^^
Heat sets the benchmark for camera work but agree it really needs to be watched on big tv and good speakers,
I am sure Tombstone has some cool scenes as well

Predator has to win the award for largest firepower - 2mins of 5 guys emptying clip after clip into the jungle, grenade launchers, mini gun etc. Awesome. I dont think anyones topped that mini gun - the noise of it was jsut awesome!

Behind enemy lines when the chechnian (spl) launches a couple of surface to air heat seeking missiles after the plane and how the plane gets away then hit etc quailty scenes and so well done too
