I go first....

on the way to southend in S2. Car was behind me down A127 in the dark. didn't know what it was then. Put my foot down and it pulled near me on the other lane. I had my foot WELDED to the floor and the passenger leant out of the window and shouted...."come on, lets ave it"

the car then FLEW off at over 100mph, like mine pulled in 2nd at 30mph!

then the cars identity reavealed itself.....MG METRO... and 4 grown men in it!!!!

i was on my own!!! demoralised and nearly turned round in a huff and went home!!!

(later revealed on the sea front that it had a lotus elise engine in it)

When i had a Type R I got beat so bad by an A8 kin killed me it did

 

no...............that slipped my mind.....

but i must come to my defence and say that my turbo was knackered, the cam was worn and the driver was slightly tired!!!

the worst one was coming back from court in Tonbridge along some really wide lanes with my old man in the car. A Skyline R34 came up behind me in the cossie(330hp), he clearly wanted me to play so i booted it and pulled about 7 car lengths, that was it, he passed me like i was a 1.1 fiesta,he was popping flames and over took on a bend in excess of 100mph lol.

His numberplate read B1 CEP (Bicep)

i later found out he drives that strech of road a lot and had over 550hp.

i was in my mk3 xr3i cabriolet which was standard and was a total piece of crap, got it for about £300 or something to run around in, and a corsa came following me and hinted at a race, was only a merit or something with lots of stickers and a big exhaust lol, so i thought no bother, dropped a gear and floored it, not very fast mind u, and the corsa took off as if i was stood still, couldnt beleive it! how embaressing, as we approached a roundabout, knowing he was gonna go all the way round and back the way we came i whipped up the handbrake at the junction, round the little island and put the foot down again to get a head start, guy who went the whole way round came flying past me again. i was gutted, later found out he had a red top in there.

 

In my ECos, STG III at the time, on M25>A2 Slip road I came across a B10 BMW 5 series thing.... was doing alright till my engine melted in a cloud of smoke..... I gues you could say he beat me

More recently my mate in his Escos got beat off a rather fast Polo

 

i got done by a honda civic type r in my old mk2 fiat uno turbo.. it only had exhaust and air filter and fse valve on it.. it was a wet day and this civic type r did me with my bird in the car and a few mins before i was giving her a lecture about how quick my is in the dry.. sadly i neva got a chance 2 race a civic type r again.. if only it was dry that day.. and to top it all off that is another reason why i cant wait 2 find a civic type r in my series 2...........!!!

 

fastest car I have been beat by was a black 3 door with a big bald bloke driving. I was in the focus rs, he left me like i stepped on the middle pedal. It was in the boro area on the a174 dont know if he comes on here or not.

raced my nitro car against an s2 out the back of donnington and kicked the living shit out of it hehe. 2.1hp, 2.5kg = 940bhp per tonne . lol didnt read topic right i won lol

 

oh, my mate in his series 1, was driving along A9 at around 60(ish) when a black BMW come right up his arse so he thought 'Fuck you!' and put the boot down, took off next thing he looks in the mirror to see blue lights flashing from behind the grill. lol could say he lost that one

 

when i was in my frst i got done once by a audi A3 - oh the shame!

it had 1.8T on the back in my defence!

 

driving my mates stage 3 saff cossie when i was about 18, was dark and there is a massive hill near where i live, everyone always goes there when they get a new car to see what it will pull over the top from 30mph at the bottom, anyway following 2 cars before the hill, road goes to 2 lanes at the bottom but as i went to boot it the car in front pulled out to overtake the other one i had to go on the wrong side of the road to go round both of them (never got to see what the one in the front was) so theres me doing 100+ 3/4 of the way up when WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH turns out the car i didnt see was a local 4x4 saff cossie pushing about 450bhp felt like i was going backwards

oh and tried dragging a mates gsxr1300 in the westie and got totally stuffed

he took some time to catch me up though and i did slow down when he put the blue lights on

In my Red RST i tried having a blast with a black XR2. Should have been no problem for a RS Turbo with 170ish bhp to see off a std looking E Reg XR. Then suddenly at 50mph he was catching me and at 80mph he was along side and at 100 we was past and pulling away

Later found out he runs a 1.9cvh fully worked head and lightened ballanced botton end and on twin 45's

 

up the A10 in enfield i once tried it with an M3, saw him at the lights n though fook it....

in the lower gears there wasn't much between us except for my fookin spinning wheels it wasn't until around 80-90mph that he started properly pulling away. lets say i learnt a few lessons that night

 

When I had my 1.4L escort, I lost horribly to a 1.3 shed (nova), my m8 also got kaned in his 1.4L corsa. Later found out it was a 1.6 with twin 40's. went like shit of a shoval

 

You on about the Nova with "1.3 ...... or is it" on the bottom of the plates? If so yeah Marks Nova was proper quick on twin 40's and a proper rolling road set up (BTW not quicker than a Red RST )
