Hi peeps, just wondering what the best way to remove the stem seals on a zetec head is? all of them are being replaced doesnt matter if i damage them taking them out however dont wanna mess anything else up in the process and whats the best way to put them back in? normal method and just press them on?

could use a small flat blade screwdriver tapped down the side of the seal to split it, then just fish it out of the hole, and a small socket to carefully push the seal back over the guide.
