Who knows exactly what is needed to fit the M16 manifold to the zetec head?

What is the advantage of using one?

 

from my understanding, it's a direct fit to the zetec head (in terms of the ports size / lining up) and the intake pipe comes from the side so it avoids going over the hot turbo. Makes the engine bay look neater I think.
