last year bought my first cossie was a white e reg saff was a shonky car but i only payed 2 g for it drove it about for 6 months no probs then the box went so got under the car to change it found a few holes in the floor and in the boot and a few more jobs needed doing so i thought i would buy a new shell put all my bits in it so here it is my little rebuild lol

then my me and my m8 started to buffty the new shell






then got some new powder coated bits thanx escos nige



then on way to my mot the fooking think spun a shell soit was time for the engine to come out see the damage

 

took engine apart and its not good lol crank bearing s fooked so now got to start saving for some new engine bits will keep you all posted on how its going .Going to start cleaning and painting the under side of the car

hows the rebuild on the engine goin fella? and what sort of spec are you looking at in terms of power?

 

well the engine is apart m8 got a set of new bd10s for it a t34/63 rs500 i/c and prob going for light blues so hoping for a good 350 360 bhp going new pistons and stuff so hjope its all ok lol

not done any thing with the car for months sept put it away in a 40 x40 foot garage all on its own lol
got a few new parts thought i would post up most of the bits are second hand dont get that much to spend on her
rs 500 i/c

inlet powder coated black with grey injectors

one of ryans engine loom l6 ecu with coil pack driver motor sport leads coil pack

new rocker cover

new breather with areo quip fitting

black header tank and swill pot

full set of gaskets thanx matt lewis

full set of bearings sensers more gaskets cam belt and bits thanx matt again

really trying to get her back on the road now will get some more up asap o and the heads just been sent away to be rebuilt

 

hurry up and get it on the road

 

what other engine bits do you need now

 

Nice mate this is coming on well, bastard about the old engine though but onwards and upwards, Im aiming to get myself a nice 2wd saff in a couple of years too, good work btw
