DOES ANYONE ELSE GET NERVOUS
just wondering if any one else gets nervous in leaving there car at garages to be worked on, i took my escort cosworth to paul hills at engine advantages last thurs to be worked on, i know it will be looked after but ive never left it anywhere before and all i want to do is fone paul to see how its going but i dont want to hastle him, what a nitemare does anyone else feel like this or is it just me???????????????????
I used to but I have no found a tuner that I trust 100% without any reservations. (Rob @ SCC Performance) I am more than happy to leave any of my cars with him and his chaps.
With certain other tuners (no names to protect the guilty) I was always worried about coming back to find a new dink or scratch that wasn't there,

I only let two people work on my car. You could take it to any old cowboy and they fuck the work up and ended up ragging the crap out of your car.
But when these people do work on my car i trust them 100%
Tuner trust is hard to find if you've had a bad experience in the past.

He also has a cossie (400ish) T38 + greys....He's always got time for me if i've got a problem and always answers his mobile. He's done lots of work on my car and never had an issue with him.
Plus they are 10 mins up the road which is very handy cause Harvey is nearly always booked up and it's 100miles away.

No disrespect mate, I know its not about "how much its worth" etc...
Paul Hills has built some of the most expensive and high spec Yb engines in the UK.
He has worked with and for the best companys in the world!
If they have trusted him with their Big budget builds and had results like they have, im sure you have nothing to worry about!!

It's your car and you have spent alot of money on it. It would be unnatural if you weren't a little apprehensive.
My car is 5000 miles away from where I am till February and it is being restored.
I have nothing but full confidence in them though
