could the flywheel be out of balance?

Does it happen at all speeds. where does the judder feel like it's coming from? (steering wheel/rear of car)

happens when you start to get high up the rev range in every gear, really bad vibration on the gearstick, not really steering wheel, feels like its coming from the back
