A few of us are going out tonight to have a few beers,etc in Reading and as you know Readings pretty well known for the amount of bars, clubs and loose women ...



Theres a few of you from here coming along and some crashing over at my place for the night but need to know who can or cant make it as I dont want to deter any one from possibly coming and staying at mine in lieu of someone thats now not stayin ..phew, does that makes sense?

Were meeting at my place about 7-8'ish then off into Reading to meet a few others in Old orleans, which is by the river just outside the Oracle shopping centre for about 8-8.30'ish

............... It was Bubble aka Iains birthday on Thursday so hence the reason why were going out tonight ..not as though we need one though

Ah good old Reading. Many a drunkun night spent there

Used to go up from Basingstoke most weeks for a night out there. Student towns are good towns. A night out in Basingstoke in the town wasnt complete without some form of punch up

O'Neills was our regular before heading up to the music rooms which I think has now changed. 80's night with drunken students, all good.

Sampled most along the river there but always make a point of going to Chillis for their cajun chicken pasta

The place is even better now not sure when you last went there but we've had some great times out there and had hassle free times, well worth the trip in for us local'ish guys/gals ..and some great totty as well

I went there and had the Cajun chicken , stood up after the meal and diareahed myself big style infront of everyone. My wife then had a go at me saying it wasn't a funny thing to do.Yeh right, like I did it deliberatly! She left and I paid for the meal and met her outside.
It was a very embarrasing experiance.

Came over in May and spent a few nights out there as my mates live there. Shame really as the students are going home around then or having exams.

Andy - you must have had some bad chicken mate! Must have eaten that meal at least 10 times and I have been a OK every time

Also used to hit the Indian for some beers and a curry before heading into town. Can't remember the name but the one upstairs in an old tudor building near the Church. Don't get me started on good Indians though as they just are not here and the Spice wins hands down everytime in Basingstoke

Also went to a Vodka bar near the train station with my mate last time. Has a ramp going into it. That was back in May. Some nasty nasty women in there though
