Cossie management S1 inlet
Whats involved in converting a Series 1 inlet manifold to take the cossie management?

i got a s1 manifold on mine runnin cossy management!
been told its got better flow rates than the efi fiesta manifold most people use!
see the pics that gadget has posted up in rst bits for sale!
im runnin a cossy throttle body it the normal fasion with the throttle linkage on the left and the tps on the right and a external iscv!
i got the charge temp sensor in me cross over pipe! as im runnin als this is better cos its common to get flames blow back and heats the sensor up and switches the als off if you run it on the other side of the throttle butterfly!
as for coolant temp its runnin in the standard s1 place!
and you have to have mounts welded for the fuel rail!

I've seen a S1 with Cossie WM and RS1600i-Parts last year:
1850 CVH with Cosworth 4x4 Turbo and management. 200+ up to 300 hp, depends on boost:

Actually, it's the opposite, as flow bench tested by my machinist.

So what would you recommend?
Use the Bottom half of a Fiesta inlet or a S1 inlet, either way the engine is going to have cossie management and a custom top half

The inlet diameter on the EFI fiesta is larger than the S1/S2 manifolds.

But what should i do about the injector ports for the head?
Use a plate or get the head machined....

If you want power, and flow, then use an EFi inlet, I was under the impression that a Cosworth style injector was a direct fit... Are you going for a fancy injector?

They are plenty of injectors above 500cc that will go into a Cosworth style fuel rail. Greys are ok, but I on the limit of mine

The shell will need a white respray first set it off, and be a GT3
Other than that I am sorted

I see a slaughter at the Essex Meet
I didn't have it in one piece, otherwise it would have gone to Brunters for a laugh, but I took my assult rifles instead

One of the best places to take someone out too.
Let's hope I can drive the RS better than I can the Porsche
