Default 2wd and 4x4 cosworth differences

Hi, can some one tell me the diferences between 2wd and 4x4 engines???

i know 2wd block is 205 and 4x4 is 200 but are the oil pumps, conrods, pistons etc different and will each item fit on either car?

different thermostat, cylinder head, slightly different pistons (if im not wrong), different sump, different pulleys (not the cam pulleys)....there should be more i think....

i was on about the internal stuff as outside stuff is obvious to see.

differnent oil pump
different cracks (from pully mount longer on 4x4 i think)
same rods
different pistons
