as far as i know the roof and doors were the only parst that were untouched and are exactly the same as any other escort

The Mk6 escort had the same doors also, the grooves were just covered up by some plastic trim

Plus the later doors have side impact bars as far i know and better looking door handles

Yeah doors are the same. Big Turbo escorts had impact bars also, well my L reg one did have till I chopped them out.

I think I saw someone say that the Blue Norwegian Escos has got Mk6 front doors on it, I thought the handles looked abit different.......
