help needed with dvd player asap

ok

back up dvd....*cough* works fine on sp2, but not on dvd player....

now and again, it will make a wierd noise, and pause....

is there a way of unlocking dvd player to play back ups??

nope its all down to wether the drive in it can read +-R/RW.. a lot of older ones cant

it has read all sorts of dvd r/rw before,...but playing up on this one....

is the disc a + or - disc as this can make a difference as well.. think most domestic players read + but not happy with -

ok,...if i cant play it on the pioneer, is there anyway of making the ps2 read it nicely...

try it in another domestic dvd player, if it works then your one just aint gonna play it, might be worth doing a search on google of your player see if theirs any info about it
