My Testing went like this......
Pro Alloy Custom Cooler - 63mm Core - Single Pass vs GRS Evo 5 50mm Core - Twin Pass
1.9 Bar Boost - Approximately 10°C Ambient Temp.
Pro Alloy - My ACT Gauge couldn't read it (it stops at 70°C).
GRS - 35°C Maximum.
I personally think the RST
NEEDS Twin Pass.

Come on Tone, thats a bit harsh.
I just think that the RST is alot more sensitive to Intercooler configuration that any other car, probably due to the close proximity of the Intercooler to the Radiator and Turbo, with shite airflow etc.
I also wonder if the Pro Alloy cooler simply has flow characteristics that are
too good. i.e. The air doesn't spend long enough inside the Cooler to get properly Cooled!

At least Pro Alloy are looking at the problem with the intention of sorting the issue rather than sweeping it under the carpet.

Yes, Graham has taken 1 Tube from the Core Height to give better clearance (this tube was hidden behind the Bonnet anyway) and as a result of my suggestion, he now makes the End Tanks out of Fewer Pieces, therefore increasing the Strength.
Top work IMO and proved itself beyond reasonable doubt yesterday!!
