Could any 1 on here tell me if a Bosch 0580254023 is the correct up rated pump for an escort cos , and if so is there some sort of fitting kit needed to go with it . The reason being if it is correct it doesnt look like it will fit as a direct replacement for the OE pump . Cheers

 

There are two suitable in tank Bosch pumps I think (sure 023 is one of them), and they both need a fitting kit, which Mike R etc. can supply if required.

the 023 doesnt look anything like the std pump, but it fits witht he right kit..


just use a hose from the pump to the union with jubilee clips and wire as per normal.

pump jubilee clips to the sender pole/mast

 

Ollie, I have a fitting kit - brand new! It was supplied by Mike R....

Bought it to fit to Cossieracers Es Cos but when we dropped the tank it already had one fitted
