Default anglia/nissan project

just new to the forum and i must say, the forum and the cars on it look great just thought i might as well make my 1st post a few pics of mine, these pictures are a wee bit old so the car is further on now than it is here.






still a bit 2 go with wiring etc....but should be out at the start of next year, i hope.

thanks a lot, had 2 be the ca18 just because of the less wiring etc.... i hope the engine will be running around the 200-210 mark when its finished.

Those 200sx's are fast, still struggled against my astra though

What does the anglia weigh with the det in it?

Likewise mate ..... im in the west end of glasgow , The cars in perth having new winter rubber put on , a new cooling fan and an alloy boot tank fitted under warranty i should get it back next week ill pm you my mobile and ill pop out your way for a blast ......... It was the car that classic ford took to Belgium for the road trip ..... How much was your cage ? and what did you do to the bodywork for those wheels to fit ?

Its a very cool car and i want one ...... Oh i have !! lol

yeah cool mate, iv been up and seen it in errol before, great car! well not 100% sure on what it wieghs with that engine in it, but standard it wieghs 746kg, hopefully will be good because thats almost 500kg lighter than what it came out of, i think

Mate ... thanks for the comment on My car ...... Needs some TLC and a repaint in the new year ...... I need to replace alot of the fixings and bolts to Stainless and some Fibreglass panels etc ....... Id be interested in a half cage for sure ..

Very cool. Sounds pretty awsome, very loud turbo whistle too.

Noticed it smoked a bit. To fix that, vent the cam cover breathers into a tank etc rather than back into the car, but you MUST fit 1way valves on the breathers so they cant breath back in, as that makes S13s smoke as bad if not worse than with the standard setup.

If you think you can turn up in a CA18'd Anglia and do well in a drift comp your sorely mistaken.
And if you think they will be upset youd be even more mistaken, youd get nothing but repsect, they not all blinkered idiots like you...
