Think for that everyone with a 3 door would buy a new one.

 

Says a lot for the older motors ..

A new windscreen for Focus or Mondeo with Sunshielding, Heating, and Rain sensing, is 500 odd quid ... And if the mirror base comes off .. Officially, it's a new screen.

For a Mk5 Escort Tinted/Heated is 150 odd.

 

Out of interest is it true that a new batch of 500 bumpers its due soon

 

Mmm .. I'll have a look .. But it has to be said ..
If they're not being bought, they will be removed from service, and that will be that.
It is possible, of course, that one of the official RS dealers is commisioning them .. However, Ford would not just hand over the drawings to any old party. They would be replicas. Probably OK tho!

I've seen this place advertising loads of stuff you can get a lot cheaper from Ford on E-BAY, well if there's people daft enough to pay it I suppose......

 

Point is .. They are taking advantage of the less informed .. and blatantly lying to achieve that aim. That's what I don't like.

its all cause people these days dont understand TRUE value, we just pay what we are told its worth

the only issue is there are bigger companys who ripp people off on things as they class it as a hard job

even you know that trims are all disconed after 5 years, meaning that theres another 10 for them to finally drip out of the system and there too big to store like plugs ect and not be noticed
