what is the size of the radio slot in a y-reg focus collection?

also how far can it be dropped over 17's?

if its the standard ford radio pretty sure there roughly double the size of an aftermarket radio

U can buy an adaptor plate and fit a single din unit....just read the instructions when fitting it

anyone got any info on how far it can be lowered before i have to start work on the arches i have 17's on it at the mo

Demon Tweeks told me that any lower than 40mm on 17's would need the arches rolling.

Absolute bollocks mate!

Ive got a mate running 18s with a 75mm drop on coilovers - no rubbing.

Aslong as you get the right offset you should be fine - just dont fit anything over 7.5" wide! You can fit 8" wide but best to fit a skinnier profile tyre and thinner width to avoid rubbing.
