Not usually mate, I got pulled just the other week for them though, was my fault going to town in the car in the middle of the day, when loads of plod are about - I carry my standard plates in my boot tho and played the "oh no, I just came from a show, they are my show plates, very sorry officer "

My mate uses similar plates on his oldskool mini of 1996 i think - he never gets any bother about his but it think its more hard to spot on an old mini.

Very nice car indeed. The headlight protectors make a nice change from the norm and have the effect of blending the headlights into the indicators, since you can't see the gap - small yet effective in smoothing the front if you get what i mean.

 

looks very mint m8 think il put orange indicators back onto mine too and you know those wheels look brilliant and still original top stuff

 

Yea, being white mine stick out a bit, but the set the car off imo so I run them, but as the car gets used like never I got a small chance of getting pulled I guess....And thanks for the comment about the headlight protectors, gotta love them
