I had a stage two turbo on but as most of you know they get very hot. Mine got so hot that I cracked the housing, so need new turbo. Was wondering if a cos turbo will go on? if so how. cheers for any help

Why not get the turbo rebuilt?

You can use a 4x4 cossie turbo but you will have to spin the housings to get it to fit and you will need a custom downpipe.

 

Cossie turbo will involve a bit more work from what I hear but can now be done to good effect, T34's go well on 1600cvh's at the moment!

 

T34 only on a high spec engine, or it's too laggy and plain shit basically

4x4 turbos go on easy enough, just get a cossie downpipe and weld it on to current system

As for cracking th housing, they ALL do that

 

i've been running a Turbo Technics stage 2 turbo for the last 2 years, it doesnt get too hot and works fine,no problems at all!!
