i have 2 autogauge electrical oil gauges; oil temp and oil pressure.

they came with new sender units which will give off a reading but is there anywhere on the engine that i can use for readings already?

anybody got these gauges in their car?

Can you not connect them via a T-piece at the standard oil pressure switch at the back of the block as you would with mechanical oil gauges?

 

Yes he can, but here is no sender unit there he can use already.

Yes Dave,I have an electric oil temp guage on mine,fitted the sender unit in the sump.As already mentioned, there are no sender units on the car as it left the factory to run youre guages,so you have to fit the ones supplied with youre new guages.Regards Micky
