Here are some pics of my revised inlet manifold I am currently making up for my zetec turbo.
Will post up pics of my plenum as and when I get the bits together.
Currently getting some plates CNC machined so should be together in a week or so.
Most parts sourced from Jenvey, running 8 pico 069 injectors rated at 480cc @ 3 bar.
Enjoy

it just seems strange to me that with the amount of injectors available nowadays with good useable qualities, that anyone would make things harder for themselves if they don't need to. i can just about understand people having the eight injector rs500 plenum, just out of nostalgia more than likely?
not having a dig at all, and if there is a genuine reason for it then great
manifold does look awesome

Already tried the 1000cc injector route last year.

Mild lift, low duration piper cams, to make it spool up quick and be good bottom end. Sorry for being a bit vague.
Standard cams work well, but your best speaking to Warren at Piper to discuss your individual requirements depending on how you want the car to drive and how much power your aiming for.

Already crashed it once last year as the power is awsome in 500kg
Running 245 intermediate slicks and it still spins them up easy.
Looking to set up my traction control better over winter, and make a few more mods to the engine.
Mainly tubular exhaust manifold, increase the compression and a GT30

It has the potential to drink 4 litres a minute with the 8 injectors I'm using on full duration but realisticaly there probably only working half that and Ive never bothered to work out MPG.
Just fill it up when its empty. I'm sure when cruising off boost it would be quite economical as I've set the mixture a little leaner and it only uses the lower bank of injectors below 3500rpm and load site 8.

Crazy,, The kind of power you must be running in a westfield you can have nothing but respect and maybe the slight feeling of lunacy for
Very nice to see someone trying something a little bit differnt as well. If a gGT30 is on the cards 450ish bhp maybe? With no real techy knolage i am just guessing
Different note but are the BIG power zetecs running ?

Not sure what turbo to go for just yet but if I go slightly larger it will give me the potential to push the 500bhp mark if I ever need to. Might go GT2540, GT30 or even a GT35. Decisions, Decisions

Just spent the last 3 hours matching all the ports up and polishing the inlet tracts.

Just had my new plenum made up see below

This is a rough mock up of how it will look when finished.
Just needs to be welded and polished

Spent today polishing the plenum and cutting the tapered feed. Should get it all welded up and polished this week so will post up pics as and when.

Its getting there slowly but surely, all done by my fair hands
