Then it came out the spray shop like so, changed the spliter, and decided to take it back to the spray shop to get the other side done





Mods in the next 2 weeks : Rs2000 bonnet. Left full side respray, new grill, headlight re-aligning as another accident occured.. dont ask

sorry mate, reading it back, it does sound like that but i didn't mean that, it is a nice car in very good condition. have you thought about getting twin headlights and a cossie style bumper, or do you not want to go down that line.
think your front plate would look better if you cut it down aswell

Yeh... rs 2000 bonnet is going on. I have concidered the cossie shape, but then again, once the bonnet is on, ive completed resprayed the whole car to keep it orginal, so if i have cossie, ill have to respray again.. cant be arsed really. I think the plans are, skirts, mud flaps, maybe wrc spoiler or something else, and a few other tit bits... the main one tho is either a 1.6 or 1.8 convertion, or just turbo the 1.4 thats init

I like the original, because if i change the colour, itll look like everyone elses, and thats downgrading the car in my eyes, cuz the dash limited edition cabbies are rare, so i want to keepit that way .... engines next tho

you can't turbo the 1.4 mate. drop a RST engine in there.looks good tho

 

noone can turbo a 1.4? Oh but i thought anything was possible with fords

see what ya mean bout keeping it original. looks good why spoil it. theres a bloke near me got a yellow one and the spoiler he's got on it looks like it came off a boin 747. my mate had a 1.4 but he's dropped a cvh turbo lump init pretty straight forward to do but he done a cossie rep looks the nuts and goes like the clappers he had it on rolling road and its pushing 227 bhp its got to be the best one ive seen so far.

 

I'm currently looking at a 1.6 frst engine, whats the procedure and what do i need to fit that?
