Hi new member in need of some info. I'm looking at getting a Mk2 Escort flat nose and want your advice and suggestions

heres my questions.

1/ what mods do I need to do to fit either a cosworth turbo, zetec Superchrager or turbo engine into a Mk2. Ie prob, gearbox, axle etc...

2/ what would be the cheapest?

3/ would it be easyer to by one already done?

4/ does it matter what Mk2 I buy if I am going to bare metal respray, add bubble arches, and change the engine etc....?

hi mate in short i would be cheaper to buy one done but its not as fun i just finished one for a friend we put a 2.1 pinto in it (180 bhp) we used a type 9 box custom prop capri 2.8i special rear axle (cheap lsd) rs2000 rear springs capri front struts we added some anti tramp bars and a panard rod (much needed) but whaqt we should of done was five linked the rear end i have som pics here any other help please feel free to ask
