yea it matt black lol either that or im using a dodgy polish . it was raining when i took the pics so you dont really get to see the colour

i have bought a rs cab off ebay to use as a donor car . so within a week it should be fitted with an rs lump. im also getting the windows tinted (only a light smoke)

I *think* the S2 box should bolt in without any problems mate - you can stick an S1 box onto a FRST but you can also stick an S2 box onto a FRST, so the mounting points should be the same

I really like the car btw - don't forget the 1.3GL badge on the bootlid once you're all done

a s2 gearbox will not fit a mk3 the mounting is totaly different the mk3 box also bolts to the anti roll bar and the mk4 has its on cradle and you cant fit the cradle onto the mk3 as theres no holes for it
