Default outer bush on adj tca's

Had my sierra 4x4 tca's made adjustable and already had compression struts , and thought to myself no point to this unless good location on the outer joint too so had some nylatron bushes made up instead of the old teflon? ones I was using before. Gone to fit it all and because there is no give whatsoever in the new bush I cant get the inner end of the control arm in place .

What is normally used and how does it fit please as this is doing my head in . Pics would be appreciated too if poss

Many thanks

Matt
