as above i'm thinking of putting a rs turbo lump into a mk5 shell but was wondering about the rev counter i know that if you put efi mk4 clocks in to rs turbo they double read because they only run off half the coil pack.

so i was wondering if ford ever made a mk5 escort that run with a dizzy and had a rev counter so's when i put the rs turbo engine in the rev counter will run right or is there some kind of capacitor or such like that i can put in to the wiring that would suppress the signal down so the mk5 efi clocks will run some where near right.
