Default Right, fook it, ordering clutch!!!!!!

OK its an everyday car and I drive 70 + miles a day.

Clutch is slipping, guessing just the other side of 200bhp but will be looking at more mods later (s3 head, more boost blah blah) so I want something that is going to last but NOT give me a headache driving it as I could be stuck in traffic a LOT.

are paddle clutches THAT BAD? Or would I be better going for an AP organic (although I know I would be replacing it more often)

Dont mention the price difference, as I will happily pay the extra 120 quid or whatever it is, IF the the alcon is the better clutch for my needs

answers on a postcard .........

oh and message me if u can get the alcon 6 paddle clutch and plate for less than 350

A paddle clutch is NOT SUITABLE for a n everyday car. They will need replacing often, and screw ur flywheel. Go for the AP organic, it's a very good clutch. Im significantly over 200bhp, use my car everyday in manchester traffic, have done over 20k and have no problems.

AP 2000-8 organic for up to 250bhp.

Alcon 6paddle plate and 3560-1 AP cover for up to 350bhp.

Avoid 4 paddles UNLESS you have BIG torque and then also use 3560-1 cover with the 4paddle plate BUT it will be very harsh!
