Default T3 oil-return thread size

Hi people,

Could anyone tell me the diameter and thread type of the oil return, please?

I'm running a Westfield kit-car with Fiesta Turbo but, Cossie T3 turbo instead. My temporary bodge-job has failed, so I need to get some custom hose and connectors made up.

Thanks,

Neil

Hi mate,
the oil return on a t3 is a flange type fitting with 2 bolt holes. the oil supply connection however is 1/8 BSP. Hope this is of some help.

CheeRS, Mike.

Cheers, Mike,

I've just remembered/realised when I've came to take it off. The return pipe was cut down and I welded the connector off the block to my sump (the turbo is upside down, hence a lot lower than the original return). The hose I was using gave up and split. I hope to get some braided line made up and was wanting to know what couplings I should ask for. It seems it doesn't matter now, and just weld any suitable diameter to the return from the turbo.

Thanks for the info on the supply connection, too.

Neil
