HELP.....my fooking......(ESCOS OWNERS)
..Escos Oil pressure gauge is pissing me off
...right you get the sender that has 2 wires.....the gauge as soon as you turn on ignition goes to max.....now if you swap wiresw on sender it just moves to start position but nothing more...now when it does this i know its the wrong way round as the oil pressure light fails to work.
So i have the oil pressure light working correctly that gets the reading from the sender but the gauge just goes to max...now i check the plug on the back and its a multi plug as it does volt gauge too now the top 2 do the oil pressure gauge and as far as i can tell earth and live
so of course its gonna max out....now i notice the 3rd pin down has no wire going to it
.....Can anyone with an escos pease look at there multi plug on the back of the gauges and see wether there is a wire for EACH pin????
Thanks

As I said before on your other thread about this,
Either the sender is fooked or the wires are not connected/crossed.
The gauge when powered, WILL show max if there is any sensor problem to
distinguish a sensor failure from true oil pressure failure.
