Default FAO scottish peeps

hi i am looking at booking a cottage in scotland for the xmas period for me Kaz Kacey(whos 3) and Caelan (whos 8wks)

The only prob is i dont know scotland at all, can some scottish peeps recommend any nce parts that get lots of snow for xmas and are nice places to visit, i have seen a nice place in ross-shire, bt not fussed where abots as i will fly to an airport and rent a car to get whereever

aviemore is nice around chrimbo time....a few places around there do the log cabins with the big fireplaces

Agree with you there Steve! Gra Aviemore is good M8 , we spent last New Year up there certainly lots to see and do!

There is a Ski resort there so if there is going to be snow at Christmas it likely to be around Aviemore.

Reindeer for the Kids to go see, Swimming pool & there was a lot of re-development last year so its likely to be a good bet for keping the kids entertained.

we stayed here which is within walking distance of the Centre and the quality was fab the statics were nice inside aswell.

We get snow most Christmasses (maybe 8 or 9 out of the 13 here) and we are only 30 miles north of Edinburgh. We are very high up though.

avimore does look very nice, will check out endinburgh as well cheers,

been looking at most parts and have to ay soctland does look very very nice, looking forward to going
