Well over the last couple of weeks i have abused my car very badly

Done a test day with Fast Ford, will be in the Nov issue. Top Speed runs etc.

Yesterday i done my first trackday

So the car has had loads of abuse and its still going fine have only had to put in a little oil.

Apart from that im now off work until 0550 tuesday morning.

Just like to point out that unlike Pon, Chip and Daveyboy i didn't do the above as i had the kids 'Mini Disco' CD that i had the forseight to buy whilst there to keep me from going cold turkey for a week or so
