Look what arrived this morning... What is it?

The number stamped on it says:CP6030-5SO

I just need to know what type of caliper it is before I try to get hold of another one, does anybody know what type of caliper it is to save ringing AP Racing? I looked on their website but I couldn't find any info on it.
