Default I need help Please

As I said before my fuel gauge has been giving me some grief . I took the tank down to check it out and the veriable resister has taken a crap. Also today while I was looking at the local junk yard I noticed that mine has a AUDI fuel pump on it Now I don't trust that I have the right fuel pump holder or I have the right one and it's been modified. If possible please post a picture of a Esccos fuel pump and holder. Please help me out.

P.S. Are these still available from Ford

Sorry, I dont have any pictures, BUT I was once told that the cossie fuel pump is the same as some VAG part, so I guess its possible that someone has fitted a second-hand pump to your car...

Neil.

I can see where the carrier has been cut and modded. I can also see where the pump is hitting the bottom of the tank which I know is hurting the flow to the pump. If I could get a pic of a stock pump and carrier I could find one in the local junk yard to match. I tell ya some people shouldn't be allowed to work on cars.

Audi RS pumps are popular among Polish tuners. They are very cheap compared to other high flow pumps. Unfortunatly I can't help too :-(
