been restoring my s2 turbs, and had to replace the sills, now shes all welded up,my problem is where to re-route the front drain pipes from the sunroof, they usually lay along the inside of the sills, after running down the inside of the door hinge pillars, and weep into the sill space, dont know how they used to drain away, but my sills are welded up and the cars been filling up with water, and its defo coming from them, can i put a hole somewhere to let them drain,or will this be an mot fail, its doing my head in now.

there should be drain holes along the sill anyway

a guy on here modified his drainage tubes to come out of the bottom of the sill instead of inside them

Just drill two holes and poke the drain tubes out of them ,wont fail because the tester will see they are for the tubes
