Got a urgent question i need answering as I have bought a saffy front bumper splitter from ebay

the thing is the one I have received seems to be too short for the cossie bumper I have and is too short for my mates cossie bumper - which are both 2wd.

He has taken this off a 4x4 cossie - i assumed all the bumpers were the same whether 2wd or 4x4.

Can someone please confirm if these bumpers are different and whether i have received a non-cossie splitter.

Seller is refusing to accept returns and offer refund.

Hi Mate, Might be 3 door cossie bumper spoiler they don't wrap all the way round a sapphire bumper, about 3" shorter on either side. Had this problem when I bought a new one for mine, you want part no F.1650730

 

cheers - i thought this was from a stad sierra as they are shorter also.

WIll try and get the finis code from the splitter and check that, however, the seller is adamant he took em off his 4x4 saff cossie

Coont is miles away otherwise I'd have gone round and shoved this up his arse sideways

Sierra bumper is wider than Sapphire bumper....

I had one of these, it's a Mondeo part and fits pretty good with some tweeking.

Laguna is the best of the rest splitters to fit imo

this one look like the laguna but is flexi rubber..

i bought one a while back

this type is now deleted from fords ...be must have done a bulk buy

seen him sell bout 20 over the last year ...

you may be right .. ..just looked at a pic of mine its got five holes..
thought it was four ...fitted like a dream though ..no mods needed ..
just did a pop rivet each end and tap of the hammer

 

yeah they look the same

cool for speed bumps though rubber bends

difficult to see on that pic but it looks like a normal 2wd or 4x4 splitter.
