Default S2 Brakes

after a quick search i found that the best brakes to go for are the 2WD Saph brakes. Are these the right ones i found on ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-COSWORTH-...QQcmdZViewItem

they are from Graham Goode so they must be alright?

also what is the going rate for these discs?

am i right in thinking they will fit under standard wheels?

any other advice for brake upgrades would be much appreciated

thanks,

just done the upgrade, you want 2wd disks with 4x4 calipers and carriers, if you can hang on a few days im getting some calipers so might be able to get some disks and sell you the lot if your interested! Deffinately get better pads, but atŁ70 bucks for 4x4 pads they aint cheap!! All this will fit under 15" standard wheels unless you got massive wheel weights on the inside of your rim! excellent braking once bedded in properly

disks/pair
Ebc=200
standard=90

that sounds cool. are you local?

i take it they aren't knackered at all. also are they genuine ford jobbies?

if there are huge weights on the inside of the wheel i will get them moved.

bigger brakes are much needed lol.

the 4X4 ran 1 pot calipers............. You'd be better off with your S2 calipers. Best ones to use are the 2wd calipers cos they're 4pots.

why do people not go for the 4pots then? must have different pitched holes on the carriers and dont fit the hub or sumfn? You still get bigger pad area with the 4x4 calipers though, i would of gone for the 4pots but advised not too!!
