sitting in halfords car park when this foreign chappy pulls along side of me,gets out and hits his door against my car......although he did apolagise it pisses me off that it happens in the first place.....so anyway i still gave him a bit of mouth......what would you do.

 

If he dented it, he'd be paying for it without a doubt. I'd be fecked if I'd be paying for some dickheads mistakes. If I can be considerate with other peoples cars, then why cant they?

A big feck off potato wedged up there exhaust would also be funny as well .....

 

I would smash his car up with my maglite while he was in the shop.

I wouldn't go as far as to do their motor, but some dog shit on the underneath of the door handles or in the sunroof or even a milkshake through the vents that would stink forever would do the trick ...dont get mad, get even!

 

if it was my cossie he would have been paying for it, simple as.

 

make em pay simple as if they refuse then wait till they walk off and give there door a nice boot

 

Get them to pay up mate if any damage if they dont then do what Nath suggests

 

It would obviously depend on the circumstances.. if it was a genuine accident ie the guy opened the door and the wind blew it a little more into the car they would likely be no damage and if he had appologised fair enough.. if however he had just been a clumsy twat and opened the door to far knowing full well your car was there then i would 'politely' ask him to be a little more carefull in future when openeing his door.. people cars could get damaged

Depends. You say he was foreign,if he was a cosovan he probably aint got no insurance or a driving licence,i would do him and his motor over.we paid for his car anyway out of our taxes
