how the hell do i get this bush out, ive tryed pressing it but im damaging the arms much help needed please

how did ya do it mate cus ive gotta do mine on the cabby soon.

 

its pretty hard, really you need a press or a heavy duty vince, u put a ring bigger in dia around the end which will be popping out of the wish bone and a socket the same size or a lil smaller to push the bush through, u av to be careful as the wishbone will bend together i wedged a socket inbetween wen i seen the sides folding together, u av to keep doing this until it free's up it takes ages, oh yea file as much shit off the bush as possible and wd40 it up it helps free it up! good luck

burn em out,there fooked anyways,once the steel tube is out,you should be able to flick the burning smelly black rubber out down the street with a woosh,tis the best way,

then clean with white spirit,or an alcohol substrate,which will evaporate when done.
