It makes a bit of sense anyway. Easier with checklists and stuff I find.

Im sure somebodys got it or had it on here, but they are probably the ones trying to steer clear of being on here at night, as well as in the day at work?...

You'll probably get a better response tomorrow afternoon maybe, keep knocking it up to the top

To be honest i'm not sure. sometimes my wrist starts to ache when driving the forklift but i use the right wrist for operating the controls. if you've got it from using a pc you should check your seating position and get a wrist support. I have to do a lot of computer work as well and it does ache when using a mouse thats why i love laptops

Kimmy, from what I know it doesn't go away on its own.

You either live with it or get a small surgery. It is usually caused by repeated movement of a particular part of the body. It can affect either the sheaths around tendons which then swell and press on nerves.

If its in the wrist (Carpal Tunnel syndrome) you usually feel a pain and tingling in the thumb and first two fingers. You also might find that your grip and muscles are becoming weaker. That one I know can be fixed with surgery and it is very common. Also changing your posture .... anti-inflammatory, massagee and a wrist aid sometimes help.

People don't always know, but it can also affect other parts of the body like the shoulder (rotator cuff injury), the tendon in the elbow (tennis elbow) and the back too.

Go see your doctor if you think you have that. HE/she should be able to help.... welll ... eventually.....

i have a Repetitive Stain Injury.

Tennis Elbow. Im a bricklayer and its in my right elbow, as you can imagine it does the same movement all day long picking up mortar and spreading it. VERY painfull...but not as painfull as the steroid injection i had in it to ease the pain when i first got it....Had to have that as i couldnt lift the trowel with nothing on it let alone full of mortar still suffering but what do ya do? Change career..hmmm no Just have to battle on
