In what conditions is det most likely to occur ?

i.e what revs, at peak boost?, peak torque etc. What does det sound like?, is it like conventional "pinking"?

Also what can you do to stop your "spark being blown out"?

spark blown out u can get good plugs to stop that and pinking is det as such detting is like a bag of nails on full boost u get it most!!!!
