Default What are these for?

This may sound like a silly question but iv not come accross these things before. Its not that iv never worked on brakes before but im puzzled as to where they go (not the brakes thatis)!

Well iv just got some Mintex front pads for my 2WD Saph and whilst everything else is clear iv also got 4 little rubber bits in there. These are seperate to the pads, black, with yellow paper on 1 side which i persume you peel off and stick this little rubber pad to something ............ but what?

Sorry for the clumsy description but im not sure where they're supposed to go, i havnt taken the old pads out, but maybe il be able to tell once iv done that.

In the meantime, does any 1 know what im even talking about?

yes you cut them to shape and stick them on the back of the pad, helps reduce squel during light braking
