360 deg thrust

Does anyone know anywhere that will just fit 360 deg thrust to my turbo, as it was rebuilt about 5k ago so has nothing wrong with it, Karl advised me to have the thrust changed, but upon trying to get done am being told only a full rebuild will be done, to do this I might as well wear it out first

my turbo has just been sent to turbo dynamics for a rebuild .
the only mod its getting is the thrust bearing.

these boys seem to be really helpful without the bullshit.
