Who owns one and what polish/wax do you use on it to get a good shine? I am using meguires gold class wax or the 3rd stage caranabu (sp) wax at the mo.

You are not gonna get a good shine without good prep mate. It is a lot of work but if you want it to shine this would be a good start, Trust me you will never touch autoglym again.....

1. Wash Car
2. Go over with Clay Bar (Meguiars)
3. Apply Paint Cleaner (Meguiars DC1)
4. Polish it. ( not with wax with polish) (Meguiars DC2)
5. Apply Meguiars #7 (leave for a day)
6. Apply Meguirs #26

Meguiars is goos but autoglym super resin polish does it all cleans, polishes and protects. meguiars you tend to need the three stage kit to do any good. Autoglym is best on a white car.

Autiglym - yuck.

Far too much dust and residue for my liking. I only use non-silicon polish that my paint man gets for me.............

trade only !!!!

Probably a stupid question, but do i assume the clay bar is like a big bar of soap, that you rub on the paint, to get the ground-in shite off??
