what is the first stages of tuning the 2.0L zetec (series2)

was thinking of
4-2-1 manifold
de-cat
pannel filter

zorst mate, only Ł167 from ford, whereas a trust electrical one will set you back Ł300!

ST need some mods to the rad fan plate, but dunno what its like on a fez

Get a set of cam gears they were the best bang for the buck mod I ever did for my Focus. Don't worry about a TB unless you have money to burn just port the lip out of the stock piece.

im more than happy with my raceline stuff and would recommend there head, cams and block work to anyone. cant wait to get it mapped by MSD next month that shud realease a bit more power .

THE place to get your Zetec bits. Damn site cheaper over here and only costs $60 in shipping. Even if customed do catch em on the way in you'll still save loads.

plus there are tons of bit you wont ger over here.

Got me pistons from em. Ł300 for 4
