HELP NEEDED WITH AMAL VALVE ON A SAPPH COSWORTH
OK this is all a bit long winded and a difficult post to answer and explain properly, so I apologize in advance & appreciate any help you guys can give me CHEERS!
I bought a new amal valve (pictured on the left with the white inserts) but when I took the old amal valve off (pictured on the right) with what looks to be brass carburettor jet inserts with 100 stamped on them, the white inserts has a hole of about 2mm but the brass jets has a hole of about 0.5mm, what is the reason for this ie: I had a stage 2 conversion fitted by GGR a couple of years ago would they of changed the inserts and should I change them over to the new valve?
I've also just fitted a new stage 2 turbo, I just thought I would mention this incase it makes a differance.

Also does it matter which way you wire it up because like TWAT that I am, I've forgotten which wire goes to which terminal.
does the brown & yellow wire go to the terminal ubove the letter S on the top of the valve?
and does the black & red wire go to the terminal ubove the M on the top of the valve?

U need to pull the white insert out (a thin screwdriver usually does the trip) and replace it with the brass one otherwise it won't boost as you expect it to.
As for the wires, I am not sure, and I don't have my car today, so can't check for you.
hope this helps.
